How to Cheer Up

I'm pretty cranky today... work is annoying, people are annoying and I'm generally not a nice person to be around.

Yesterday, I made a pineapple drink with my fresh pineapple, coconut cream and sugar... It was pretty good if I do say so myself (how modest :-p) but Mr. F didn't have any, so I ended up drinking the whole jug myself (I didn't want to throw it out and it goes bad pretty quickly...). Now I feel fat and cranky :P

For people wondering about my weight, yes I've put on 5 lbs, happy?

    I don't read or come to this blog as such. I just happened to visit today so I don't belong to the category of "people who are wondering...."
    I am very fond of chocolates and I would easily eat half a KG of chocolate within an hour or like 5 to 6 bars of snickers in one go. 17 days ago, I decided to avoid sugar and chocolates/snacks for just some time and now after 2-3 weeks, just the thought makes me feel sick. Perhaps eating "unhealthy" food is more of a habit that we end up liking rather than something we really want..not sure, just a thought :)

  2. ahhh the earring are very nice!!! definitely something that wud cheer u up but also drive a hole in the pocket!!! had they been a lil shorter they wud have looked so elegant!!!

    the drink sounds so yummy! but a tad bit sweet!
